Age & Weight Restrictions
Our minimum riding age is 4 years, and our current maximum rider weight is 55kg.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the recipient meets these requirements before purchasing a voucher. Vouchers purchased for individuals who do not meet our riding eligibility requirements cannot be redeemed for riding activities and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Validity & Expiry
Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated. Any unused balance after this date will be forfeited.
Refunds & Redemption
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Vouchers can be used towards eligible activities and services.
Any additional costs must be paid at the time of booking.
Remaining balances can be used before the voucher expires.
Bookings
All activities must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Our standard booking and cancellation terms apply.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.
General Conditions
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated. We reserve the right to amend these terms where reasonably necessary, without affecting existing statutory rights.
