Shardeloes Payment Refund Policy

 

Payment must be made in full at time of booking for all lessons. Refunds are not given.

Bookings for all lessons close 24 hours prior to the lesson.

 Once booked, if you are unable to make a lesson and wish to reschedule, they may be transferred to an alternative date provided that 24 hours notice is given via the online system. Any cancelled lesson that is eligible will have a refund added to the users EC Pro account.

 Please note that we require 48 hours notice for Holiday Activity Cancellations – please phone reception to cancel activities so that any eligible refund can be added to users EC Pro account.

If appropriate notice is not given, cancellation will occur without a transfer and no refund will be issued.

If any rider ceases to ride at Shardeloes Farm Equestrian Centre, any lessons purchased but not used will be held for a period of 1 year, after which time they will be deemed invalid.

 

Refund Policy

EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.

Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. Shardeloes Farm Equestrian Centre is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
